nervously) to perform at the University of Birmingham's Alternative
Performing Arts Society (aka TAPAS, aka Freak Brothers)
- 1999 Storm (deconstruction
edit) and Storm Breaking
written for and performed in the performance piece "Mania" at Freak
Brothers' end of year festival
- 1999 Start performing regularly in West Yorkshire, where there is
a lively (if short lived) poetry scene
- 2000 Vampire
and 150017
published in Romantic Outsider, an influential West Yorkshire based zine
- 2001 After a brief spell
at Reading's Poets' Cafe, off to perform
regularly around Leicester and Nottingham
- 2002 Back to Leeds to
discover poetry is dead after all...
- 2003 Banned from Leeds'
Wicked
Words due to explicit content (too wicked for Wicked Words...)
- 2003 Join two "outsider" poets in creating hEar4Words, in a
clear case of bad capitalisation
- 2003 Perform at the Bradford Festival
- 2004 Musical
accompaniment to performances has been provided by Jon Gomm, Gary Stewart, Gallo and Maria
- 2004 Radio appearances on bcb's "Shipley Corner", BBC Radio Leeds
and internet station !Bradford Spoken Word
- 2004 As well as another, smaller appearance with hEar4Words at
the Bradford Festival, also performed at Ilkley Literature Festival
- 2004 Occasionally performing at Reading's Bohemian Night
